Payment Policies
Pay the Monthly rent within 5 days after you have received the invoice. Late charges payable after 5 days at the charge rate of 10% of the amount that is due per month (and minimum of Rs 300).
At the time of placing of an order, you can pay first-month rental and security deposit via Debit, Credit, Net Banking or Citrus Wallet. For the rest, they collect post-dated cheques from you.
Returns & Cancellations Policies
If the product is found damaged or wrongly delivered at the time of delivery they offer the replacement of the defected product. Your refund amount will be generated within 7 days of pick up and will reflect in your account after another 7-10 days. If there is any amount that is due towards the termination of charges or rental, the same amount then will be adjusted from your deposit.
