CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMINGS
- The standard check-in time is 12 noon and check-out time is 11 am.
- Early check-in and late check-out both are subject to room availability at the hotel.

- You need to carry a valid government-issued address ID proof with photo and address.

- Voter ID Card
- Valid Passport
- Aadhar Card issued by the government of India
- Permanent Driving License.
- PAN Cards are NOT Valid as ID Proofs.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- You can cancel your booking by simply calling their Customer Support helpline.
- If the booking is canceled more than 24 hours before check-in: FREE CANCELLATION.
- If the booking is canceled 0-24 hours before check-in: 1-night cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
- In case of no show: The entire amount paid will be charged as cancellation fee.
- The refund shall be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the refund request and the payment would be credited within 7-8 working days through the same mode used by the customer while making the booking.
